摘 要:目的比较微量板聚凝胺法与抗人球蛋白微量板法在输血前不规则抗体筛查中的应用效果。方法选取2019年8月至2020年8月在我院行输血治疗的600例患者为研究对象,在输血前分别应用微量板聚凝胺法和抗人球蛋白微量板法对血液样本进行不规则抗体筛查。比较两种方法的应用效果。结果微量板聚凝胺法筛查所需时间短于抗人球蛋白微量板法,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。抗人球蛋白微量板法筛查不规则抗体的灵敏度高于微量板聚凝胺法,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两种方法的特异度、准确度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。抗人球蛋白微量板法与微量板聚凝胺法筛查各项不规则抗体的阳性符合率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但抗人球蛋白微量板法的整体阳性符合率显著高于微量板聚凝胺法,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于微量板聚凝胺法,在输血前应用抗人球蛋白微量板法进行不规则抗体筛查具有较高的灵敏度,更有利于保障输血的安全性,但其检测时间相对较长。Objective To compare the application effects of microplate polyacrylamide method and antihuman globulin microplate method in irregular antibody screening before blood transfusion.Methods A total of 600 patients who underwent blood transfusion in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the study subjects,blood samples were screened for irregular antibodies by microplate polyacrylamide method and antihuman globulin microplate method before blood transfusion.The application effects of the two methods were compared.Results The screening time of microplate polyacrylamide method was shorter than that of antihuman globulin microplate method,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity of antihuman globulin microplate method for screening irregular antibodies was higher than that of microplate polyacrylamide method,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),there were no significant differences in specificity and accuracy between the two methods(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the positive coincidence rates of irregular antibodies between antihuman globulin microplate method and microplate polyacrylamide method(P>0.05).However,the overall positive coincidence rate of antihuman globulin microplate method was significantly higher than that of microplate polyacrylamide method,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with microplate polyacrylamide method,the antihuman globulin microplate method applied in irregular antibody screening before blood transfusion has higher sensitivity,which is more conducive to ensuring the safety of blood transfusion,but its detection time is relatively long.
