耳穴压豆联合艾灸疗法防治恶性肿瘤化疗患者消化道副反应的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨耳穴压豆联合艾灸疗法防治恶性肿瘤化疗患者消化道副反应的临床效果。方法选择2018年8月至2019年8月在西安市某医院肿瘤内科住院且使用含顺铂化疗方案治疗的164例恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照住院单双号将其随机分为对照组和试验组,各82例。对照组采用常规药物防治化疗消化道副反应,试验组在对照组基础上实施耳穴压豆联合艾灸疗法。比较两组患者的恶心、呕吐发生情况及血红蛋白水平。结果试验组化疗第1~5天的恶心发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组化疗第1~5天的呕吐发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化疗后,两组的血红蛋白水平均降低,但试验组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆联合艾灸疗法可减轻恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间的恶心、呕吐消化道副反应,改善化疗过程中的营养状况,且该疗法简单、安全、有效,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of auricular point pressing beans combined with moxibustion therapy in the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal side effects in patients with malignant tumor undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 164 patients with malignant tumor who were hospitalized in the oncology department of a hospital in Xi'an from August 2018 to August 2019 and treated with cisplatin-containing chemotherapy were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to the hospitalization single and double numbers,with 82 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs to prevent and treat the side effects of chemotherapy on the digestive tract,and the experimental group was treated with auricular point pressing beans combined with moxibustion therapy on the basis of the control group.The incidences of nausea,vomiting and hemoglobin level were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of nausea in the experimental group on the 1st to 5th day of chemotherapy was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of vomiting in the experimental group on the 1st to 5th day of chemotherapy was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After chemotherapy,the hemoglobin level in both groups decreased,but that in the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point pressing beans combined with moxibustion therapy can reduce nausea and vomiting gastrointestinal side effects during chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumors,and improve the nutritional status during chemotherapy,the therapy is simple,safe and effective,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
