摘 要:为研究不同种类快速修补材料铺装层对混凝土梁抗弯承载力的影响,在预制缩尺模型梁上加铺不同种类的快速修补材料,通过有限元模拟与荷载实验研究了6h和28d两个龄期的快速修补材料铺装层对混凝土梁承载能力的影响以及混凝土梁裂缝的发展形态。结果表明:6h龄期的快硬混凝土铺装层与快速修补砂浆铺装层的混凝土梁的极限承载能力分别达到普通C40混凝土梁28d极限承载力的100%和89.5%;28d龄期的快硬混凝土铺装层与快速修补砂浆铺装层的混凝土梁极限承载能力较普通C40混凝土梁分别提高了3%和16.9%;不同快速修补材料与预制梁上表面混凝土粘结程度良好,预制梁与铺装层间未发生脱层及开裂,协同程度较高,有效提高了混凝土梁的有效刚度和结构的抗弯承载力。In order to study the influence of pavement layers of different kinds of rapid repair materials on the flexural capacity of concrete beams,different kinds of rapid repair materials are paved on the precast scale model beams.The influence of the pavement layers of rapid repair materialsat the two ages of 6h and 28d on the bearing capacity of concrete beams and the development form of cracks in concrete beams are studied through finite element simulation and load experiment.The results show that:the ultimate bearing capacity of concrete beams with rapid hardening concrete pavement layer and rapid repair mortar pavement layer at the age of 6h respectively reaches 100%and 89.5%of that at the age of 28d of ordinary C40 concrete beams;the ultimate bearing capacity of concrete beams with rapid hardening concrete pavement layer and rapid repair mortar pavement layer at the age of 28d is respectively 3%and 16.9%higher than that of ordinary C40 concrete beams;different rapid repair materials have a good bond with the concrete on the upper surface of the precast beam,and there is no delamination and crack between the precast beam and the pavement layer.The degree of coordination is high,which can effectively improve the effective stiffness of the concrete beam and the flexural capacity of the structure.
