摘  要:选用RBS水性环氧沥青作为混凝土桥面铺装的防水粘结层材料,采用室内试验对其防水粘结性能进行了测定,并在工程应用实例中评定了其实际应用效果。室内试验表明:RBS防水粘结层材料的抗剪切及抗拉拔强度均远远优于SBS改性沥青与改性乳化沥青,其平均抗拉拔强度为橡胶沥青的1.6倍,20℃时的抗剪切强度优于橡胶沥青;推荐RBS防水粘结层材料的最佳洒布量为0.9 kg/m^(2)。工程应用实例表明:混凝土桥梁在采用RBS水性环氧沥青作为桥面防水粘结层后,桥面铺装层平整度好,无裂缝、推移及拥包等现象产生,桥面板未检测到渗水,表明新型防水粘结层具有推广应用价值。RBS waterborne epoxy asphalt is selected as the material of the waterproof bonding layer of concrete bridge deck pavement.Its waterproof bonding performance is measured by the laboratory test,and its practical application effect is evaluated in engineering application examples.The laboratory test shows that:the shear and pull-out strength of the material of RBS waterproof bonding layer are far better than that of SBS modified asphalt and modified emulsified asphalt.Its average pull-out strength is 1.6 times as much as that of rubber asphalt,and the shear strength at 20℃is better than that of rubber asphalt.It is recommended that the best spraying amount of the material of RBS waterproof bonding layer is 0.9 kg/m^(2).The engineering application example shows that:after using RBS waterborne epoxy asphalt as the waterproof bonding layer of the bridge deck for the concrete bridge,the bridge deck pavement has good flatness,no cracks,displacement and upheavals,and no water seepage is detected in the bridge deck,indicating that the new waterproof bonding layer has the value of popularization and application.
