摘　　要：目的:为解决电子商务平台上销售的丝绸制品质量和安全评价方法的不足,构建电子商务平台下丝绸制品质量指标评价模型。方法:首先分析了影响丝绸制品质量安全的因素,确定原始指标;然后采用主成分分析法优化指标并建立指标体系,通过层次分析法计算各指标权重,最后运用加权线性和法构建电商平台丝绸制品质量安全指数评价模型。结果:构建了电商平台丝绸制品质量安全指数评价模型,并抽样应用,产品分类分级,50分以上为培育,40-50分为监测,40分以下为执法。结论:实现消费者对电子商务产品质量安全的消费需求,通过预警分级,为电商产品监管部门的管控工作提供针对性指导,提高抽检效率。Aims: This paper aims to solve the shortage of quality and safety evaluation methods of silk products sold on e-commerce platforms and to construct a quality index evaluation model of silk products on e-commerce platforms. Methods: Firstly, the factors affecting the quality and safety of silk products were analyzed and the original indexes were determined. Then principal component analysis was used to optimize the index and establish the index system. Ahp was used to calculate the weight of each index. Finally, the weighted linear sum method was used to construct the evaluation model of the quality and safety index of silk products on the e-commerce platform. Results: The evaluation model of silk product quality and safety index of e-commerce platform was constructed;and sample application was carried out. The product classification and grading were more than 50 points for cultivation, 40~50 points for monitoring, and less than 40 points for law enforcement. Conclusions: Consumers’ demand for quality and safety of e-commerce products can be realized. Through early warning classification, targeted guidance can be provided for the control work of e-commerce product supervision departments to improve the sampling efficiency.
