网络学术社区用户参与行为的类型及偏好研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]系统分析了小木虫社区的用户参与行为模式,有助于管理者了解用户参与行为的行为类型、内容及参与偏好,从而对网络学术社区的系统构建和服务改善提供参考,以期推动网络学术社区的健康发展。[方法/过程]以小木虫社区为样本对象,将定性内容编码与统计分析相结合,通过案例研究法,对抽取的帖子进行文本分析。[结果/结论]网络学术社区用户的参与行为包括介绍问候、调节规范、求助提问、交流讨论、分享、情绪表达、感谢、社交交际、采纳、广告等不相关十大类参与行为。并对不同节假日内用户的参与行为,不同时间段内用户的参与行为,不同等级的用户发帖话题偏向等做出分析。[Purpose/significance]The paper systematically analyzes the user’s participation behavior pattern of small woodworm community,which is helpful for managers to understand the behavior types,content and participation preferences of user’s participation behavior,so as to provide reference for system construction and service improvement of network academic community,with a view to promoting the healthy development of network academic community.[Method/process]The paper takes the small woodworm community as the sample object,combines qualitative content coding with statistical analysis,and conduct text analysis on the selected posts by case study method.[Result/conclusion]The user’s participation behaviors in network academic communities include ten unrelated categories of introduction and greeting,regulation norms,asking for help and questioning,communication and discussion,sharing,emotional expression,gratitude,social communication,adoption and advertising.It also analyzes the participation behavior of users in different holidays,different time periods,and the topic preference of users in different levels.
