摘　　要：[目的/意义]了解博硕研究生对在线百科的需求和利用情况,提高学位论文参考文献的严谨度。[方法/过程]以CNKI博硕士学位论文库作为数据源,将我国图情博硕学位论文中引用在线百科的学术论文作为研究对象,采用文献计量方法,利用Nvivo11.0编码软件、CiteSpace可视化软件对我国图情领域博硕学位论文引用在线百科特征进行统计分析,从引文时间分布、引用位置分布与词条类型分析、在线百科参考文献占比、引用在线百科类型分布、引用百科网站与论文主题相关度分析、博硕士学位论文类型与学校分布等多维度探讨在线百科在图情博硕学位论文参考文献中的引用特征和发展趋势。[结果/结论]研究结果发现,从用户体验程度看,学位论文参考文献方面存在较多问题,如:参考文献著录格式不规范、编排顺序与正文不符、在线百科网址失效等情况;从在线百科质量看,开放性百科存在人人可编辑,不仅影响词条质量,也会出现恶意编辑行为。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to understand the demand and utilization of online encyclopedia by postgraduates,and improve the preciseness of references for dissertations.[Method/process]The paper takes CNKI doctoral and master’s dissertations database as data source,uses academic papers citing online encyclopedias in Chinese doctoral and master’s dissertations as the research objects,uses bibliometric method,Nvivo11.0 coding software and CiteSpace visualization software to make statistical analysis on the characteristics of online encyclopedia cited in doctoral dissertations in the field of library and information science in China,analyzes the citation characteristics and development trend of online encyclopedia in the references of doctoral and master’s dissertation,from the multiple dimensions of citation time distribution,citation location distribution and entry type,the proportion of online encyclopedia references,the distribution of citation types of online encyclopedia,the correlation analysis between cited encyclopedia websites and thesis topics,the types of doctoral and master’s dissertations and school distribution,etc.[Result/conclusion]The results show that,from the perspective of user experience,there are many problems in the reference of dissertation,such as:the description format of the reference is not standard,the arrangement order is not consistent with the text,the online encyclopedia website is invalid,etc.From the perspective of the quality of online encyclopedias,everyone can edit the open encyclopedias,which will not only affect the quality of entries,but also causes malicious editing behaviors.
