摘 要:为探讨铜、锰2种微量元素肥料配施对密花豆生长、光合和生物量的影响,优化微肥配施用量,为密花豆高效栽培提供依据。采用完全随机设计10个配施水平进行盆栽试验,研究各配施水平对密花豆生长指标、光合参数和干重的影响。结果发现,Cu、Mn配施各水平下的密花豆生长指标、光合参数和干重普遍增加,其中E处理(3.91mg/盆CuSO_(4)·5H_(2)O+30.73 mg/盆MnSO_(4)·H_(2)O)和I处理(5.87 mg/盆CuSO_(4)·5H_(2)O+46.09 mg/盆MnSO_(4)·H_(2)O)相对于其他处理能促进密花豆各光合参数的提高,E处理下的密花豆的株高、基径、攀附率、地上干重和地下干重达到最高,而I处理下的各生长指标显著(p<0.05)低于对照组。相对于对照,E处理能显著(p<0.05)提高密花豆生长、光合和生物量。通过研究铜、锰微量元素肥料配合施用,优化了铜、锰微肥配施方案,为密花豆合理施肥、高效栽培提供理论与应用依据。The effects of combined application of Cu and Mn combined application on the growth,photosynthesis and biomass of Spatholobus suberectus Dunn were studied,and the proportion of microelement fertilizer was optimized to provide basis for efficient cultivation of S.suberectus.The pot experiment was carried out in a completely random design with ten treatment.The effects of different application levels on growth indexes,photosynthetic characteristics and dry weight of S.suberectus were established.The results showed that the growth indexes,photosynthetic characteristics and dry weight of S.suberectus were generally increased under Cu and Mn combined treatment,among them,E treatment(3.91mg·pot–1 CuSO_(4)·5H_(2)O)+30.73 mg/pot MnSO_(4)·H_(2)O and I treatment(5.87mg·pot–1 CuSO_(4)·5H_(2)O+46.09 mg·pot–1 MnSO_(4)·H_(2)O)increased the photosynthetic parameters of S.suberectus compared with other treatments.and E treatment had the greatest effect on plant height,basal diameter,clinging rate,dry weight above ground and dry weight below ground.However,I treatment inhibited the growth indexes of S.suberectus,which was lower(p<0.05)than that of control group.In general,Combined application of E treatment can significantly(p<0.05)improved the growth,photosynthesis and biomass of S.suberectus.In this study,the combined application of Cu and Mn microelement fertilizer was studied to optimize the combined application of Cu and Mn microelement fertilizer,provided theoretical and application basis for rational fertilization and efficient cultivation of S.suberectus.
