摘 要:为了探讨陕北白绒山羊的绒细度和长度变化规律,试验采集了1133只陕北白绒山羊成年母羊体侧部位羊绒样品,测定绒细度、长度,计算绒细度和长度变异系数,采用SPSS 22.0软件分析上述指标的差异和相关性。结果表明:所测陕北白绒山羊绒细度可划分为5个细度范围,即>0~14.5μm(超细型)、>14.5~15.5μm(特细型)、>15.5~16.0μm(细型)、>16.0~18.5μm(粗型)、>18.5~25.0μm(特粗型);绒细度变异系数平均值为(23.41±2.05)%,且随绒细度的增大而减小,不同细度范围的细度变异系数之间呈显著或极显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。所测陕北白绒山羊绒长度在10~70 mm区间内划分为6个范围,即10~<20 mm、20~<30 mm、30~<40 mm、40~<50 mm、50~<60 mm、60~<70 mm;绒长度变异系数平均值为(27.71±15.78)%,且随绒长度的增大呈先减小后增加然后再减小的趋势,但20~<50 mm之间的长度变异系数变化不明显,50~<70 mm之间变化不明显,但10~<20 mm、20~<50 mm、50~<70 mm之间差异极显著(P<0.01)。羊绒细度变异系数和细度呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),长度变异系数和长度也呈极显著负相关(P<0.01);羊绒细度和长度呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),细度变异系数和绒长度变异系数相关性不显著(P>0.05);羊绒细度变异系数和长度呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),而长度变异系数和细度呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。说明陕北白绒山羊绒细度变异系数随绒细度和长度的增加而减小;绒长度变异系数随绒长度的增加而减小,随绒细度的增加而增加。In order to explore the variation law ofcashmere fineness and lengthof Shanbei white cashmere goats, the cashmere samples on the side of the body from 1 133 adult female Shanbei white cashmere goats were collected.The cashmere fineness and length measured, and the coefficient of variation of fineness and length were calculated. The difference and correlation of the above indexes were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software.The results showed that the measured fineness of Shanbei white cashmere goats could be divided into five fineness ranges, namely >0-14.5 μm(ultra-fine type),>14.5-15.5 μm(extra-fine type),>15.5-16.0 μm(fine type),>16.0-≤18.5 μm(coarse type) and >18.5-25.0 μm(extracoarse type);the mean of variation coefficient of cashmere fineness was(23.41±2.05)%, and decreased with the increase of cashmere fineness, and there were significant or extremely significant differences between the variation coefficients of different fineness ranges(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The measured length of Shanbei white cashmere goats could be divided into six ranges from 10 to 70 mm, namely 10-<20 mm, 20-<30 mm, 30-<40 mm, 40-<50 mm, 50-<60 mm, 60-<70 mm;the mean of variation coefficient of cashmere length was(27.71±15.78)%, and it first decreased, then increased and then decreased with the increase of cashmere length. However, there was no significant change in the variation coefficient of cashmere length at 20-<50 mm, and no significant change at 50-<70 mm, and there were extremely significant differences among 10-<20 mm, 20-<50 mm and 50-<70 mm(P<0.01).There was a very significant negative correlation between the coefficient of variation and fineness(P<0.01), and between the coefficient of variation and length(P<0.01). There was a significant positive correlation between cashmere fineness and length(P<0.01), but there was no significant correlation between cashmere fineness variation coefficient and cashmere length variation coefficient(P>0.05).
