氯沙坦钾片+肾炎康复片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨氯沙坦钾片+肾炎康复片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿的临床效果。方法:纳入2020年5月—2021年5月江西省吉安市中心人民医院接诊的慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例。对照组给予氯沙坦钾片治疗,50 mg/次,1次/d;观察组在此基础上给予肾炎康复片治疗,2.4 g/次,3次/d,两组均连续治疗3个月。比较两组的治疗效果、症状缓解时间以及治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量、尿N-乙酰-β-D-葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)、血清尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)检测结果的变化情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的80.00%(24/30,P<0.05)。观察组恶心呕吐消失时间、浮肿消失时间、疲乏消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组24 h尿蛋白定量、尿NAG及血清BUN、Scr检测结果均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:氯沙坦钾片+肾炎康复片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎蛋白尿疗效显著,值得临床推荐。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of losartan potassium tablets combined with nephritis rehabilitation tablets in the treatment of proteinuria in chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria treated in Central People’s Hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were included,and according to the random number table method,divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given losartan potassium tablets,50 mg/time,once/d;and on this basis,the observation group was given nephritis rehabilitation tablets,2.4 g/time,3 times/d,and both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.The treatment effect,symptom relief time,and the changes of 24 h urine protein quantification,urine N-acetyl-β-D-glucosidase(NAG),serum urea nitrogen(BUN),and serum creatinine(Scr)test results before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that in the control group 80.00%(24/30,P<0.05).The disappearance time of nausea and vomiting,edema disappearance and fatigue disappearance time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the 24-hour urine protein quantification,urine NAG,serum BUN and Scr test results in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Losartan potassium tablets combined with nephritis rehabilitation tablets are effective in the treatment of proteinuria in chronic glomerulonephritis,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
