摘 要:对于链式串供变电站失压,普遍采用区域备自投技术恢复供电。但目前的区域备自投控制算法复杂,仅适用于配置大中型服务器的EMS系统。而县调一般是SCADA模块的调度自动化系统,故目前的区域备自投技术不能在县调推广应用。针对县调设备实际,按照“简单、实用、安全、可靠”原则,研究一种区域备自投控制算法,用以提高县级电网供电可靠性,降低链式串供变电站的失压风险。For the voltage loss of chain type series supply substation, the regional standby automatic switching technology is widely used to restore the power supply. However, the current regional standby automatic switching control algorithm is complex, which is only suitable for EMS systems equipped with large and medium-sized servers. The county dispatching is generally the dispatching automation system of SCADA module. Therefore, the current regional standby automatic switching technology cannot be popularized and applied in County dispatching. According to the reality of county dispatching equipment and the principle of "simplicity, practicality, safety and reliability", a regional standby automatic switching control algorithm is studied. To improve the power supply reliability of county-level power grid. Reduce the voltage loss risk of chain supply substation.
