芒硝贴敷对全子宫切除术患者肠鸣音恢复时间及腹胀程度的影响

摘　　要：【目的】探讨芒硝贴敷对全子宫切除术患者肠鸣音恢复时间及腹胀程度的影响。【方法】选取2018年1月至2020年7月在本院行全子宫切除术的166例患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(术后给予常规护理)和观察组(在对照组基础上给予芒硝贴敷腹部),每组83例。比较两组胃肠相关指标、住院时间、腹胀程度、疼痛程度及炎症介质水平。【结果】观察组肠鸣音恢复、首次排气、首次排便及住院时间短于对照组,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组腹胀程度轻于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后6 h、术后3 d的视觉模拟评分(VAS)均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);术后3 d,两组血清降钙素原(PCT)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平均显著低于术前,且观察组更低,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】芒硝贴敷可促进全子宫切除术患者胃肠功能恢复,缩短肠鸣音恢复时间,降低腹胀程度,减轻炎症反应。【Objective】To investigate the effect of mirabilite application on the recovery time of bowel sounds and the degree of abdominal distension in patients undergoing total hysterectomy.【Methods】A total of 166 patients who underwent total hysterectomy in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2020 were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing after operation)and observation group(mirabilite applied to the abdomen on the basis of the control group),with 83 cases in each group.The gastrointestinal related indexes,length of hospital stay,degree of abdominal distension,degree of pain and level of inflammatory mediators were compared between the two groups.【Results】The recovery of bowel sounds,first exhaust,first defecation and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);The degree of abdominal distension in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The visual analogue scale(VAS)of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 6 hours and 3 days after operation(P<0.05);Three days after operation,the levels of serum PCT and CRP in the two groups were significantly lower than those before operation,and the levels in the observation group were lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Mirabilite application can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,shorten the recovery time of intestinal sounds,reduce the degree of abdominal distension and reduce inflammatory reaction in patients undergoing total hysterectomy.
