摘  要:三元层状Ti_(3)SiC_(2)陶瓷是一种新型的陶瓷材料,具有密度低、熔点高等特点,作为增强相可以明显改善Ti_(3)SiC_(2)/Cu复合材料的力学性能和摩擦磨损性能。然而,在烧结过程中Ti_(3)SiC_(2)发生分解,导致复合材料组织与性能发生改变。为了抑制Ti_(3)SiC_(2)的分解,提高复合材料性能,对Ti_(3)SiC_(2)颗粒表面进行多弧离子镀Ti改性,制备了界面性能优良,Ti_(3)SiC_(2)颗粒未分解的复合材料。研究了Ti_(3)SiC_(2)在复合材料的分解和Ti元素对其分解的抑制机理,分析了不同含量Ti_(3)SiC_(2)的复合材料的组织演化。结果表明,对Ti_(3)SiC_(2)表面进行镀覆Ti元素可以有效抑制Ti_(3)SiC_(2)颗粒在铜基复合材料烧结过程中的分解。Ternary layered Ti_(3)SiC_(2) ceramic is a new kind of ceramic material,which has the characteristics of low density and high melting point.As reinforcement phase,it can obviously improve the mechanical properties and friction and wear properties of Ti_(3)SiC_(2)/Cu composites.However,the decomposition of Ti_(3)SiC_(2) in the sintering process results in the change of microstructure and properties of the composites.In order to suppress the decomposition of Ti_(3)SiC_(2) and improve the properties of composite materials,the surface of Ti_(3)SiC_(2) particles was modified by multi-arc ion plating Ti,and the composite materials with excellent interface properties and undecomposed Ti_(3)SiC_(2) particles were prepared.The decomposition of Ti_(3)SiC_(2) in composites and the inhibition mechanism of Ti element on its decomposition were studied,and the microstructure evolution of composites with different contents of Ti_(3)SiC_(2) was analyzed.The results show that the deposition of Ti element on the surface of Ti_(3)SiC_(2) can effectively inhibit the decomposition of Ti_(3)SiC_(2) particles in the sintering process of copper matrix composites.
