摘　　要：光敏固化3D打印因其精度高等特点,在国内外研究应用中得到快速发展。光固化打印件往往需要进行二次固化来提升打印件的质量,为改善二次固化效果,对现有二次固化装置中存在的问题进行分析改进,采用大尺寸框架结构和两块固化板分置固化方式,并改进排风过滤装置,设计了新的人机交互界面便于实际操作,提升了打印件的二次固化效果、优化了设备功能。Because of its high precision,photosensitive curing 3D printing has been rapidly developed in research and application at home and abroad.Light-curing prints often require secondary curing to improve the quality of prints.In order to improve the secondary curing effect,the existing problems in the current secondary curing device are analyzed and improved.The large-size frame structure and the separate curing mode of two curing boards are adopted and the exhaust filter device is improved.A new human-computer interaction interface is designed for practical operation,which improves the secondary curing effect of the print and optimizes the equipment function.
