摘  要:以油菜花粉为模板,采用共沉淀法制备形成氢氧化物/花粉前驱体;经过高温煅烧去除生物模板,通过不同沉淀剂,合成具有生物模板形貌结构的钴蓝样品。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、白度色度仪、紫外可见光光谱分析(UV)和激光粒度仪对钴蓝样品进行表征。结果表明:以氨水为沉淀剂共沉淀时,氢氧化物前驱体能均匀依附生物模板长大,制备的钴蓝粉体保持花粉结构,粒度分布均匀,中位粒径为30.2μm,450-490nm波段的蓝光区反射率提高,明亮度提高。Hydroxide coprecipitation and rape pollen grain composite materials are prepared by coprecipitation method with the rape pollen grain as a biological template. The cobalt blue samples with the morphology of the biological template are synthesized by different precipitants and calcination to remove the pollen grain. Cobalt blue samples are characterized by using the scanning electron microscopy(SEM), the X-ray diffraction spectroscopy(XRD), the whiteness colorimeter, the ultraviolet visible spectrum analysis(UV)and the laser particle sizer. The investigation shows that the pollen template is precipitated with homogeneous hydroxide on the surface evenly when ammonia is used as precipitant. The cobalt blue samples preserved the pollen structure with uniform particle size distribution, and the median particle size is 30.2 μ m. The reflectivity and brightness of the sample are improved in the blue region of 450-490nm.
