浙江省畜禽养殖污染治理成本及养殖利润评估

摘　　要：通过采用污染治理成本法测算了浙江省2018年畜禽养殖污染环境成本,并依据市场价格、养殖成本等数据分析了浙江省畜牧业的利润情况。结果表明:总的污染治理成本为12.24亿元,其中水污染环境成本7.05亿,大气污染环境成本1.6亿,土壤污染治理成本为3.59亿元。2018年浙江省畜禽养殖的纯利润值为38.36亿元,将养殖污染环境成本纳入养殖体系后,养殖户利润值减少31.91%;单位猪、牛、羊、家禽的利润分别减少143.32、1074.9、47.77、3.18元。由此可见,该年度的畜禽养殖环境成本已对农户养殖利润造成重大影响,文章针对环境污染的控制以及监督提出了相关建议。The pollution control cost of livestock and poultry breeding in Zhejiang Province in2018 was calculated by pollution control cost method, and the profit of animal husbandry in Zhejiang Province was analyzed according to the market price and breeding cost data. The results show that the total pollution control cost is 1.224 billion yuan, including 705 million yuan for water pollution, 160million yuan for air pollution and 359 million yuan for soil pollution control. In 2018, the net profit value of livestock and poultry breeding in Zhejiang Province was 3.836 billion yuan. After the environmental pollution cost of breeding was brought into the breeding system, the profit value of farmers decreased by 31.91%. The profits of pig, cattle, sheep and poultry decreased by 143.32 yuan, 1074.9 yuan, 47.77 yuan and 3.18 yuan respectively. Thus, it can be seen that the environmental control cost of livestock and poultry breeding in this year has caused adverse effects on farmers’ breeding profit. This article provides suggestions for the control and supervision of this kind of pollution.
