摘　　要：澳洲淡水龙虾(Cherax quadricarinatus)具有营养丰富,生长速度快,出肉率高,肉质细嫩,蛋白含量丰富等特点.通过研究其生物学特性,对其在粤东的繁育和养殖开展了试验,结果表明,澳洲淡水龙虾可以在气温较低的粤东山区进行养殖,并取得了较好的经济效益,推动特色水产养殖,带动农民致富.The Australian freshwater lobster(Cherax quadricarinatus)has the characteristics of rich nutrition,fast growth,high meat yield,tender meat and rich protein content.Through the study of its biological characteristics,the breeding and breeding experiments in eastern Guangdong were carried out.The results show that the Australian freshwater lobster can be cultured in the mountainous area of eastern Guangdong with low temperature,so as to achieve good economic benefits,promote characteristic aquaculture and drive farmers to get rich.
