原中央苏区乡村民宿产业集群发展策略研究——以广东省梅州市为例

摘　　要：梅州全域属原中央苏区范围,是经济欠发达的革命老区,发展民宿产业是实施乡村振兴战略的重要抓手.本文在全面梳理梅州民宿产业发展现状以及存在问题的基础上,从民宿产业在乡村旅游中凸显自身价值、助推梅州乡村振兴的角度,针对梅州民宿经济自身面临的困难和外部不利因素的影响,探究区域性乡村民宿产业实现产业集群发展的策略,为革命老区、原中央苏区民宿产业集群化发展的理论研究与实践应用提供借鉴.Meizhou belongs to the Former Central Soviet area and is an economically underdeveloped old revolutionary area.The development of home stay industry is an important starting point for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.On the basis of comprehensively combing the development status and existing problems of Meizhou B&B industry,from the perspective of highlighting its own value in rural tourism and promoting the revitalization of Meizhou countryside,and in view of the difficulties faced by Meizhou B&B economy and the influence of external adverse factors,this paper explores the strategies for the regional rural B&B industry to realize the development of industrial clusters,so as to provide reference for the old revolutionary base areas provide reference for the theoretical research and practical application of the development of B&B industry cluster in the Central Soviet area.
