摘　　要：文章以济宁医学院宿舍老旧小区改造项目为例,分析了医学院宿舍老旧小区配套基础设施存在的问题,阐述了老旧小区改造项目的实施主体及改造方式,说明了老旧小区改造内容及改造效果。为今后更大力度、大范围的老旧小区改造提供了理论和实践支持。Taking the old community renovation project of Jining Medical College dormitory as an example,this paper analyzes the existing problems of supporting infrastructure in the old residential area of medical college dormitory,expounds the implementation subject and transformation methods of the old community renovation project,and also explains the content and transformation effect of the old community,which could provide theoretical and practical reference for future greater efforts and large-scale renovation of old communities.
