摘 要:目的制备防风多糖温敏凝胶并对其进行质量评价。方法采用单因素试验筛选凝胶基质,Box Behnken法优化处方,并对防风多糖温敏凝胶的理化性质、溶蚀动力学与释药行为等方面进行质量评价。结果经实验优化得到防风多糖温敏凝胶的最佳处方为:19.4%泊洛沙姆407,1.4%泊洛沙姆188,0.1%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮类聚合物PVP-K30,4%防风多糖,胶凝温度30.4℃。质量评价结果表明其性质稳定、胶凝温度合适,体外释放和凝胶溶蚀之间存在良好线性关系。结论所制备的防风多糖温敏凝胶工艺稳定,外观均匀,质量可控且有较好缓释效果。Objective To prepare and evaluate the quality of Radix Saposhnikoviae polysaccharide temperatures sensitive gel.Methods Single factor test was used to screen the gel matrix,Box Behnken method was used to optimize the formulation,and the physicochemical properties,dissolution kinetics and drug release behavior of the temperature-sensitive gel were evaluated.Results The optimal formula of Radix Saposhnikoviae polysaccharide temperature sensitive gel was 19.4%poloxamer 407,1.4%poloxamer 188,0.1%polyvinyl pyrrolidone PVP-K30,4%Radix Saposhnikoviae polysaccharide and gelation temperature 30.4℃.After quality evaluation,the properties of the gel are stable,the gelation temperature was suitable,and there was a good linear relationship between in vitro release and gel dissolution.Conclusion The prepared temperature sensitive gel has stable technology,uniform appearance,controllable quality and good sustained release effect.
