摘 要:新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情严重威胁人类健康,已经被列为全球突发公共卫生事件。现已报道的COVID-19动物模型有非人灵长类、腺病毒转导人血管紧张素转化酶2(hACE2)野生型小鼠、叙利亚金黄地鼠、hACE2转基因小鼠、雪貂和中国树鼩等易感动物模型。本文介绍制备各模型的病毒接种途径、病毒接种剂量、模型评价指标及其在疫苗或药物筛选方面的应用,并总结它们的优缺点,以期为治疗COVID-19药物研发选择合适的动物模型提供参考。Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic is posing a serious threat to public health and has been listed as a global public health emergency.Several animal models of COVID-19 have been reported,involving non-human primates,adenovirus transduction human angiotensin-converting enzyme 2(hACE2)wild type mice,syrian golden ground squirrels,hACE2 transgenic mice,ferrets and Chinese tree shrews susceptible animals.This review describes their viral inoculation pathways,viral inoculation doses,model evaluation indexes and applications in vaccine or drug screening.The advantages and disadvantages of these models are also summarized in order to provide reference for researchers to select an appropriate animal model.
