摘  要:依托墨临高速公路项目大量的空心薄壁高墩施工,对常用的翻模、辊模、液压爬模和悬臂模四种施工工艺,从工序、资源配置、工效、安全、经济性等方面进行了对比分析。条件对比分析结果表明:墩高在40~60 m时,且工程量较少(即模板周转次数少),工期充裕,主要从经济性方面考虑,首选翻模施工,其次选悬臂模施工;偏僻山区高墩,如工期紧张,宜选择滑模或辊模施工;墩柱高度超过60 m,主要考虑安全性问题,首选爬模施工,其次选择辊模施工,不宜选择翻模或悬臂模施工。为合理选择空心薄壁高墩的施工方法提供借鉴。Relying on the construction of a large number of hollow thin-walled high piers in Molin expressway project,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the four construction technology,commonly used for high piers,namely turnover formwork,roll formwork,hydraulic climbing formwork and cantilever formwork,from the working procedures,resource allocation,working efficiency,safety and economy.The results of the comparative analysis show that when the pier height is within 40~60 m,the quantities of work are less(i.e.the number of formwork turnover is less),and the construction period is sufficient.Considering the economy mainly,the turnover formwork construction is the first choice,followed by the cantilever formwork construction.Considering the construction period,high piers in remote mountainous areas and tight construction period,slip form or roll form construction should be selected.Taking the safety as the main consideration factor,when the height of pier column is more than 60 m,the climbing formwork construction is preferred,followed by the roller formwork construction,however,turnover formwork or cantilever formwork construction is not suitable.The study could provide reference for the reasonable selection of the construction method of hollow thin-walled high piers.
