摘  要:严寒气候条件下连续梁施工混凝土强度增长受到强烈影响,必须采用针对性措施。佳鹤铁路改造工程跨鹤大高速公路特大桥连续梁采用挂篮悬臂浇筑法施工,采用防护棚保温、保湿。介绍了挂篮段、已浇梁段及联结段保温棚的结构、供热措施,混凝土施工阶段各项保温措施及连续梁冬施安全管控技术等。实践证明,采用的保温技术有效,提出采用蒸汽锅炉、加强保温棚篷布结合部密封情况等改进建议。Concrete strength growth of continuous beam construction is strongly affected by the cold climate,so specific measures must be adopted.The continuous beam of the super large bridge over He-Da expressway in Jia-He Railway reconstruction project is constructed by hanging basket cantilever casting method,and the protective shed is used for heat and moisture insulation.The paper introduces the structure and heat supply measures of the hanging basket section,poured beam section and the connection section,the various thermal insulation measures of the concrete in construction phase and the safety management technologies for the continuous beams in winter.The practice proves that the effection of the thermal insulation technology is satisfied.It is suggested to adopt steam boiler and the joint part sealing of the tarpaulin in heat insulation shed in the future.
