摘　　要：文章首先介绍了利用喷气涡流纺加工包芯纱的优势及市场需求,综述了喷气涡流纺包芯纱的成纱原理,特别阐述了喷气涡流纺金属丝包芯纱的成纱过程,从装备角度阐述了喷气涡流纺包芯纱加工设备的研究现状,最后指出了喷气涡流纺包芯纱加工设备后续的研发方向。文章可望为喷气涡流纺包芯纱加工设备的发展与进步提供思路。This paper introduces the advantages and market demand of using air-jet vortex spinning to produce core-spun yarns,and reviews its formation principle,especially for the process of air-jet vortex core-spun yarn containing a metal wire.From the perspective of the equipment,the paper elaborates on the current research status of the processing equipment for air-jet vortex core-spun yarns.In the end,the followup research and development direction of air-jet vortex core-spun yarn processing equipment is pointed out,so as to provide a reference for its future development and progress.
