阳离子染料在腈纶纱线上的染色性能研究

摘　　要：文章采用阳离子染料对腈纶纱线进行染色,研究了8支不同浓度的染料对腈纶纱线K/S值的影响,并测试了染色后试样的色牢度、染色饱和值、荧光性能等指标。研究结果表明,该阳离子染料上染腈纶纱线的染色饱和值在5%左右,染色后纱线的耐皂洗色牢度为4级,耐摩擦色牢度为4~5级,能够满足日常的纺织品服用需求。By dyeing acrylic yarn with cationic dyes,this paper studied the effects of eight dyes with different concentrations on the K/S value of acrylic yarn,and tested the color fastness,dye saturation value,and fluorescent property of dyed yarn samples.The results show that the saturation value of acrylic yarn dyed with cationic dyes is 5%or so,and the color fastness to soaping and rubbing of the dyed yarn is grade 4 to 5,which can meet the needs of daily wear.
