摘　　要：文章研究了成品箱包革PVC膜剥离强度的影响因素。结果表明,基布的亲水性、组织规格、PVC膜材质、水性黏合剂黏度及涂胶量均是影响PVC膜与基布剥离强度的重要因素。相同的黏合剂涂胶量,基布亲水性越好,PVC与基布剥离强度越差;PVC膜材质不同,剥离强度存在差异;黏合剂涂胶量增加至一定值后,剥离强度达到固定的最高值。This paper studies the influencing factors in the PVC membranes peeling strength of finished luggage leather.The results show that the important influencing factors include the hydrophilicity and the structural specification of the base cloth,PVC membrane,the viscosity and the amount of coating of the waterbased adhesive.For the same adhesive coating amount,the better the hydrophilicity of the base cloth,the worse the PVC peeling strength;different PVC membranes have different peeling strengths;when the adhesive coating amount increases to a certain value,the peeling strength reaches a fixed maximum value.
