摘　　要：穿心莲为一年生草本植物,具有清热解毒、消炎止痛等作用,目前在国内外制药行业应用广泛。但由于生态环境、栽培条件以及收获加工方法和技术水平的不同,致使市场上穿心莲药材的质量差异较大。为获取优质穿心莲药材,完善质量评价标准并优化质量具有重要的实际意义。近年来,国内外学者对穿心莲质量方面的研究越来越多,研究角度和方法多有不同。对穿心莲有效成分检测、质量评价方法、影响因素方面的研究进展进行综述,以期为穿心莲药材的质量控制研究提供较为全面的参考材料。Andrographis paniculata is an annual herb,which has the functions of clearing heat and detoxification,anti-inflammatory and analgesic.At present,it is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry at home and abroad.However,due to the different ecological environment,cultivation conditions,harvest and processing methods and technical level,the quality of A.paniculata on the market is quite different.In order to obtain high-quality A.paniculata,it is of great practical significance to improve the quality evaluation standard and optimize the quality.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have done more and more research on the quality of A.paniculata,with different research perspectives and methods.This paper reviews the research progress in the detection of effective components,quality evaluation methods and influencing factors of A.paniculata,in order to provide more comprehensive reference materials for the quality control.
