摘　　要：科研院所作为承担科研项目的主要力量,随内外环境变化,处在多项目并行的环境之中,其传统的项目管理模式也亟待改变。从科研项目的特点及研究所的项目管理现状进行分析,引入现代项目管理体系,结合研究所的特点,探索适合其情况的矩阵式项目管理结构体系。As the main force undertaking scientific research projects,scientific research institutes are in a multi project parallel environment with the change of internal and external environment. The traditional project management mode also needs to be changed. The characteristics of scientific research projects and the current situa-tion of project management in the research institute were analyzed,the modern project management system was introduced,and a matrix project management structure system was explored combining with the characteristics of the research institute.
