摘 要:为满足市场对柴油机动力性、经济性及可靠性的的要求,开发了一种微配缸间隙的活塞处理技术(纳米渗透),并针对柴油机的燃油消耗率、机油消耗率和摩擦功进行发动机台架性能试验。试验结果表明,活塞经纳米处理后,柴油机燃油消耗率降低2.0%~2.6%,机油消耗率降低10.0%~50.0%,摩擦功降低0.5~1.0 kW,可满足柴油机可靠性要求,大幅提高柴油机的燃油经济性。In order to meet the demand for power,economy and reliability of diesel engine in the market,a piston treatment technology with micro cylinder clearance-nano penetration technology was developed.The engine bench performance test was carried out for the fuel consumption rate,fuel consumption rate and friction power of the engine.Results show that the fuel consumption rate of the engine after nano-processing of the piston is reduced by 2.0%-2.6%,the oil consumption rate is reduced by 10.0%-50.0%,and the friction work can be reduced by 0.5-1.0 kW,which can meet the requirements of reliability assessment and greatly improve the fuel economy of the engine.
