摘　　要：目的探讨PHF19基因对非小细胞肺癌A549细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭的影响。方法培养肺癌A549细胞和293T人胚肾细胞,将其分为293T组和A549组,用RT-qPCR方法检测PHF19在肺癌A549细胞和293T人胚肾细胞中的表达情况;通过CCK8、EdU、Transwell检测PHF19对A549细胞增殖、迁移、侵袭的影响。结果与对照组293T人胚肾细胞相比,发现PHF19基因在肺癌A549细胞中低表达(P<0.01);过表达PHF19基因抑制肺癌细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭(P<0.01)。结论过表达PHF19基因抑制了肺癌A549细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭能力。Objective To investigate the effects of PHF19 on proliferation,migration and invasion of non-small cell lung cancer cell line A549.Methods A549 cells and 293T human embryonic kidney cells were cultured and divided into 293T group and A549 group.The expression of PHF19 in lung cancer A549 cells and 293T human embryonic kidney cells was detected by RT-qPCR.The effects of PHF19 on proliferation,migration and invasion of A549 cells were detected by CCK8,EdU and Transwell.Results Compared with 293T human embryonic kidney cells,PHF19 was found to be lower expression in Lung cancer A549 cells(P<0.01).Overexpression of PHF19 inhibits proliferation,migration and invasion of lung cancer cells(P<0.01).Conclusion Overexpression of PHF19 inhibits the proliferation,migration and invasion of Lung cancer A549 cells.
