摘　　要：文章从现阶段碳达峰、碳中和政策保障出发,系统梳理了我国双碳目标的“1+N”政策保障体系,并对当前我国各行业减碳工作开展情况进行分析,从而探讨提出水利落实碳达峰、碳中和的相关实施路径。This paper summarizes policies related to carbon peaking and carbon neutralization,and analyzes the current situation of carbon reduction in various industries in China,so as to propose possible implementation paths of water conservancy to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutralization goals.
