摘 要:用水统计调查制度是提高用水统计数据质量和管理水平的一项重要举措,是新时期水资源精细化管理的基础支撑。本文介绍了用水统计调查制度的主要内容和基本考虑;回顾了自2020年1月以来该制度在全国层面的试行情况和实施效果;提出了多源数据融合、多维数据挖掘及用水产品研发等用水大数据应用前景,为进一步推进和完善用水统计调查制度、加强用水数据分析及其在水资源管理实践中的应用提供参考。The water use statistics and survey system has been carried out as one of the crucial measures to promote the quality of water use data and the management of water use statistics,and to support the fine management of water resources in the new era.This paper firstly illustrates the main contents and basic considerations of the water use statistics and survey system.Then,the implementation and effects of the system on a trial basis at the national level since January 2020 are reviewed.In addition,the application prospects of big data on water use are put forward,including multi-source data fusion,multi-dimensional data mining and water use product development.It aims at providing guidance for further improving water use statistics and survey system and strengthening water use data analysis and its advanced application in water resources management.
