摘 要:永磁直驱转向架采用永磁电机同步抱轴安装方式直接驱动车轴。因永磁同步电机具有高效、节能、环保的特点,永磁直驱方式避免了齿轮传动的效率损失,节约了齿轮箱空间,减小了车辆轴距。针对B型地铁车辆的实际运用要求,研制了80 km/h速度级B型地铁车辆的永磁直驱转向架。试验表明:与装用异步牵引系统的列车相比,装用永磁直驱转向架的列车的牵引效率可提高约5%,能耗降幅可达20%~30%,且脱轨系数、轮重减振率、轮轴横向力和垂直平稳性等动力学指标更优。Permanent magnet direct drive bogie directly drives the axle by using the permanent magnet motor synchronously holding the axle.Because the permanent magnet synchronous motor has the characteristics of high efficiency,energy saving and environmental protection,the permanent magnet direct drive method avoids the efficiency loss of gear transmission,saving the gearbox space,and reducing vehicle wheelbase.According to the practical application requirements of B-type metro vehicles,a permanent magnet direct drive bogie for B-type metro vehicles with speed of 80 km/h is developed.The test shows that compared with the train equipped with asynchronous traction system,the traction efficiency of the train equipped with permanent magnet direct drive bogie can increase by about 5%,and the energy consumption can reduce by 20%to 30%.Dynamic indicators such as derailment coefficient,wheel weight vibration-damping rate,wheel axle lateral force and vertical stability are better.
