摘 要:为减少横向稳定杆在热处理,弯曲成型中的劳动强度,提高生产效率,根据杆件的形状结构大小以及生产工艺要求,设计一种用于横向稳定杆生产自动上下料的机器人夹具。该夹具采用双抓手,能兼容多种产品型号,由气缸驱动,齿轮连杆传动机构,将气缸驱动力转化为抓手的夹持力,用于工件自动上下料。研究结果表明:该夹具结构设计合理,能满足生产实际要求,实现企业的生产自动化。In order to reduce the labor intensity of transverse stabilizer bar in heat treatment and bending forming and improve the production efficiency,a robot fixture for automatic loading and unloading in the production of transverse stabilizer bar was designed according to the shape,structure and size of the bar,as well as the production process requirements.The fixture adopts double grippers and can be compatible with a variety of product models.It is driven by air cylinder and driven by gear connecting rod transmission mechanism.The driving force of the cylinder is converted into the clamping force of the gripper for automatic loading and unloading of the workpiece.The results show that the fixture structure design is reasonable,which can meet the actual production requirements and realize the production automation of the enterprise.
