摘  要:在某电厂1000 MW超超临界塔式锅炉设计、制造和安装环节中,通过炉内壁温在线监测系统的模拟计算,对集箱开孔、材料布置、测点安装位置等方面进行了优化设计和改进,极大地改善了锅炉受热面的热偏差特性;在锅炉实际运行中,利用该系统的在线分析和统计功能,指导燃烧调整并对主蒸汽、再热蒸汽温度的控制方案进行了改进,锅炉过热器、再热器管屏的运行安全性大幅提高,并取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。In the design,manufacture and installation of 1000 MW ultra-supercritical tower-type boiler in a power plant,the optimization of design and improvement of header opening,material layout and installation position of measuring points are carried out,through the simulation calculation of the on-line monitoring system of furnace inner wall temperature,which greatly improves the thermal deviation characteristics of boiler heating surface.In the actual operation of the boiler,the online analysis and statistical function of the system are used to guide the combustion adjustment,and the control scheme of main and reheat steam temperature is improved.The operation safety of boiler superheater and reheater tube panel is greatly improved,and good economic and social benefits are obtained.
