摘  要:针对目前火电机组锅炉控制回路的设计特点及应用现状,对锅炉跳闸硬回路典型设计原理、锅炉跳闸按钮典型设计方案,总燃料跳闸(MFT)至设备动作回路典型设计方案和电缆敷设方法等进行了介绍及分析,重点对锅炉得电、失电动作回路,锅炉跳闸按钮设计及MFT至设备的动作回路的可靠性进行了探讨。针对不同的需求提出不同的设计方案,尽可能避免保护系统拒动和误动,以提高锅炉保护的可靠性,为火电厂MFT控制回路的设计和改造提供参考。Based on the design characteristics of boiler control circuit in thermal power units and application status quo,introductions and analysis are given by this paper about the following:typical design principles of hard circuit of boiler tripping,typical design scheme of manual button,typical design scheme of operation circuit from master fuel trip(MFT)to equipment and cable laying method.Special emphasis are put on the reliability discussion of operation circuit of boiler power gain and power loss,MFT to equipment and the design of manual button.In order to avoid act-error or act refused,different design schemes are put forward according to different requirements,so as to improve the reliability of boiler tripping circuit and provide reference for the design and reform of boiler tripping circuit in thermal power plants.
