摘  要:大型火力发电机组烟风管道系统是开展设计优化的重要内容。烟风管道流场分布不均容易造成测量不准、燃烧恶化、阻力大、运行能耗高等问题,必须采取可行的应对措施。采用数值模拟的方法对烟风管道速度分布情况展开研究,给出了加装导流板等优化措施,避免系统出现流动分离、涡旋等现象。对采用类似系统设计的机组具有借鉴价值。The flue gas duct and air duct system of large thermal power unit is an important part of design optimization.The uneven distribution of the flow field in the flue gas duct and air duct is easy to cause the problems of inaccurate measurement,combustion deterioration,high resistance,high energy consumption in operation,and so on,so the feasible countermeasures must be taken.In this paper,the numerical simulation method is used to study the velocity distribution of the flue gas duct and air duct,and the optimization measures such as installing deflectors are given to avoid flow separation and vortex in the system.This paper has reference value for units designed with similar systems.
