摘 要:以某电厂1000 MW超超临界机组П型锅炉为研究对象,基于基础理论分析得到了在不考虑锅炉燃尽风作用时的高温再热器屏间壁温理论分布特性。通过实际运行调整并定义不同场景得到了各场景下高温再热器屏间壁温的实际分布特征,深入分析了燃尽风水平摆角和风门开度组合方式对高温再热器屏间壁温实际分布特性的影响,形成了改善高温再热器屏间壁温分布的调整思路并取得了预期效果,达到了机组安全、稳定及经济运行的目的,对同类型机组具有一定的指导和参考价值。Based on the analysis of basic theory,and taking the 1000 MW ultra supercritical two pass boiler in a certain power plant as the research object,the theoretical distribution characteristics of the high temperature reheater panel tube meta temperature are obtained without considering the effect of the boiler over firing air(OFA).Through actual operation adjustment and definition of different scenarios,the actual distribution characteristics of the high temperature reheater panel tube metal temperature in each scenario are obtained,and the influences of the horizontal angle of the OFA and the combination of the damper opening on the actual distribution characteristics of the panel wall temperature of the high temperature reheater are deeply analyzed.The adjustment idea to improve the temperature distribution of the high temperature reheater panel wall is formed and the expected results are achieved,achieving the purpose of unit operation safety,stability and economy,which has certain guidance and reference value for the units with same type.
