摘 要:致密砂岩气井压裂后产量极大地受到水锁伤害的影响,不同岩性砂岩水锁伤害深度存在较大差异。钻取了长庆油田石英砂岩、岩屑石英砂岩和岩屑砂岩等不同岩性岩心,采用多功能岩心驱替装置,测试了不同岩性的水锁伤害程度,采用观察和“截断”方法测试了不同岩性的水锁伤害深度。通过测试发现含水饱和度越高,水锁伤害率越大。致密砂岩水锁伤害率总体较高,地层含水饱和度下岩屑石英砂岩和岩屑砂岩的水锁伤害率高达80%,东部石英砂岩和榆林石英砂岩水锁伤害率低于50%;水相侵入深度与岩性无关,20 s内侵入深度为1.1~1.9 cm;渗透率越大,水相侵入速度越大。水相侵入深度不等于水相伤害深度,黏土含量越高,伤害深度越大,岩屑石英砂岩伤害深度约为石英砂岩的2倍。研究不同岩性砂岩水锁伤害深度对预测压后产量和提出储层保护措施具有重要的意义。The production of tight sandstone gas wells after fracturing is greatly affected by water blocking damage,and the depth of water blocking damage of different lithological sandstones is quite different.Different lithological cores such as quartz sandstone,lithic quartz sandstone and lithic sandstone were drilled in the Changqing Oilfield.The multifunctional core displacement device was used to test the water lock damage degree of the different lithological cores.“Truncation”method tested the depth of water lock damage of different lithological cores.Through testing,it is found that the greater the water saturation,the greater the water blocking damage rate,and the greater the water blocking damage depth of lithic quartz sandstone and lithic sandstone;the depth of water intrusion has nothing to do with lithology,and the greater the permeability,the greater the water blocking damage.The greater the phase intrusion speed.The depth of water invasion is not equal to the depth of water damage.The depth of water damage is greatly affected by lithology.The higher the clay content,the greater the damage depth.Studying the depth of water blocking damage of different lithological sandstones is of great significance for predicting post-compression production and proposing protective measures.
