摘　　要：习近平总书记关于保障国家水安全的重要讲话,明确了“节水优先、空间均衡、系统治理、两手发力”的治水思路,这是贯彻新发展理念,做好新发展阶段水利工作的科学指南、根本遵循。江苏水利系统认真学习领会习近平总书记的重要讲话精神,以习近平总书记视察江都水利枢纽重要指示精神为强大动力,牢记嘱托、勇立潮头,奋力谱写“强富美高”新江苏水利篇章。General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on ensuring national water security clearly proposed the water governance concept of“prioritizing water conservation,balancing spatial distribution,taking systematic approaches,and giving full play to the roles of both government and market”.This is a fundamental and scientific guide for implementing the new development concept and enhancing water conservancy work in the new development stage.Jiangsu Province conscientiously studies and comprehends the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech,takes the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on inspecting the Jiangdu water project as a strong driving force,and strives to write a new chapter of Jiangsu water conservancy that is“stronger,richer,more beautiful and with higher-quality”.
