摘　　要：2020年12月,水利部办公厅印发了《水利建设投资统计数据质量核查办法(试行)》(以下简称《核查办法》),这是水利部首次编制专业统计数据质量核查办法,是更加有效发挥统计监督职能、提升统计数据质量的重要举措。本文从编制缘由、核查定位、核查内容等方面对《核查办法》进行解读,以核查实际作为案例,分析《核查办法》在水利统计工作中发挥的作用,并提出修订《核查办法》的意见建议。In December 2020,the General Office of the Ministry of Water Resources issued the“Quality Verification Measures for the Statistical Data of Water Conservancy Construction Investment(Trial)”.It is the first time that the Ministry of Water Resources has issued professional statistical data quality verification measures.It is an important measure to strengthening function of statistical supervision and improving the quality of statistical data.This paper interprets this document from the aspects of reasonsof preparation,positioning of verification and verification content.It takes the verification practicesof twoyear as a case study and analyzes the role of the document in water conservancy statistics,so as to put forward recommendations on revising this document.
