摘　　要：文章立足于宁夏中卫市水资源短缺情势和经济社会发展需求,运用经济学原理和经济分析方法,分析了水资源供需不平衡的原因。着眼于开源节流、水权水价、科技创新、机制转变、产业升级等方向,提出了破解水资源短缺问题和提高用水效率的对策建议,为缓解当地水资源供需矛盾,促进水经济均衡发展提供借鉴。Based on the water shortage situation and economic and social development needs of Zhongwei City,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,this paper analyzes the causes of the imbalance between water supply and demand by using economic principles and economic analysis methods.Then it puts forward recommendations to solve water shortages and improve water use efficiency,from the perspective of looking for new water sources and saving water,water rights and water prices,scientific and technological innovation,mechanism transformation,and industrial upgrading,which can provide reference for alleviating the contradiction between water supply and demand and promoting the balanced development of the water economy in Zhongwei City.
