摘 要:城市二次供水相对于公共供水较易受到污染,往往因为清洗维护不规范,监管措施不到位等问题,使水质安全得不到保障。为解决相关问题,南京市自2012年以来逐步开展了主城区老旧小区二次供水改造工作,目前已在全市范围内完成1644处的老旧小区二次供水设施改造,并纳入自来水公司统一管理。为进一步保障二次供水水质稳定达标,结合国家标准和地方需求,南京市通过对主城区二次供水水质监管现状调研、水箱(池)清洗消毒技术研究、信息化监管技术在日常管理中的应用探索,有力支撑了二次供水环节的安全,保障了城市居民饮用水卫生安全。Compared with public water supply,urban secondary water supply is more vulnerable to pollution.Water quality safety is often not guaranteed because of non-compliant cleaning and maintenance,and inadequate regulatory measures.In order to solve relevant problems,Nanjing has gradually carried out the transformation of secondary water supply facilities in old communities of the main urban area since 2012.At present,a total of 1,644 secondary water supply facilities in old communities have been upgraded in the whole city,and have been incorporated into the unified management by water companies.In order to further ensure stable and up-to-standard quality of secondary water supply,combined with national standards and local needs,Nanjing has effectively ensured the safety of the secondary water supply and the hygienic safety of urban residents’drinking water,through surveys on the current situation of water quality supervision,researching on cleaning and disinfection technology of water tanks(pools),and the application of IT-based supervision in daily management.
