摘　　要：目的研究2017—2021年西安市HIV感染者不同基因型CD4^(+)T细胞计数之间的差异。方法选取西安市2017—2021年艾滋病综合防治信息系统中新报告的艾滋病患者1623例作为研究对象,分别对所有患者的基因型进行测序,分析不同基因型患者的CD4^(+)T细胞计数之间的差异。结果2017—2021年西安市HIV感染者的基因亚型主要为CRF01_AE(921/1623)、CRF07_BC(145/1623)、CRF08_BC(557/1623),基因亚簇主要为CRF01_AE(Cluster 1)(185/1623)以及CRF01_AE(Cluster 2)(1438/1623),其中CRF01_AE基因型CD4^(+)T细胞计数平均为(146.26±11.63)个/μL,CRF07_BC基因型CD4^(+)T细胞计数平均为(254.69±15.49)个/μL,CRF08_BC基因型CD4^(+)T细胞计数平均为(217.96±12.89)个/μL,CRF01_AE(Cluster 1)CD4^(+)T细胞计数平均为(185.58±12.79)个/μL,CRF01_AE(Cluster 2)CD4^(+)T细胞计数平均为(179.90±15.96)个/μL,不同基因亚型以及基因亚簇患者的CD4^(+)T细胞计数之间的差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2017—2021年西安市HIV感染者的基因亚型主要为CRF01_AE,基因亚簇主要为CRF01_AE(Cluster 2),不同基因亚型以及基因亚簇患者的CD4^(+)T细胞计数存在显著差异,可作为该市艾滋病患者治疗的参考靶点之一。Objective To study the difference of CD4^(+)T cell count among different genotypes of HIV infected people in Xi′an from^(2)017 to 2021.Methods A total of 1623 newly diagnosed AIDS patients in the AIDS prevention and control information system in Xi′an from^(2)017 to 2021 were selected.The genotypes of all the patients were sequenced,and the differences of CD4^(+)T cell counts among different genotypes were analyzed.Results From^(2)017 to 2021,the main genotype of HIV infected people in Xi′an was CRF01_AE(921/1623)、CRF07_BC(145/1623)、CRF08_BC(557/1623),the gene cluster is mainly CRF01_AE(cluster 1)(185/1623)and CRF01_AE(cluster 2)(1438/1623),where CRF01_The average CD4^(+)T cell count of AE genotype was(146.26±11.63)/μL,CRF07_The average CD4^(+)T cell count of BC genotype was(254.69±15.49)/μL,CRF08_The average CD4^(+)T cell count of BC genotype was(217.96±12.89)/μL,CRF01_The average number of CD4^(+)T cells in AE(cluster 1)was(185.58±12.79)/μL,CRF01_The average number of CD4^(+)T cells in AE(cluster 2)was(179.90±15.96)/μ50.There was significant difference in CD4^(+)T cell count among patients with different gene subtypes and gene clusters(P<0.05).Conclusion From^(2)017 to 2021,the main genotype of HIV infected people in Xi′an was CRF01_AE,the gene cluster is mainly CRF01_AE(Cluster 2),there were significant differences in CD4^(+)T cell counts among patients with different gene subtypes and gene subsets,which could serve as a reference target for AIDS treatment in this Municipality.
