Objective To analyze the effect of Taiji rehabilitation training on functional recovery of patients with knee joint injury.Method Seventy patients who developed knee injuries during practicing Taijiquan at the Tianhe Sports Center in Guangzhou City from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups:the control group 35 patients(without professional guidance and rehabilitation training)and the experimental group 35 patients(with professional guidance and rehabilitation training). There were no significant differences in age and sex between the two groups.Patients in the experimental group received 3-month Taiji rehabilitation training.Knee function was evaluated in both groups before and after the experiment using the functional rating scale for patients with general knee joint injury.Result Before the intervention, the degree of knee joint injury was comparable in the two groups. After the intervention, compared with the control group, the functional score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Taiji rehabilitation training can effectively reduce the occurrence and development of knee joint injury and improve the knee joint function of patients.
