摘　　要：以羊绒高支顺毛大衣呢产品设计及生产流程为切入,介绍了选用50%羊绒和桑蚕丝作为该产品的主要原料,先经染色后形成混纺,纱线密度为13.3tex,克重300g/m。成品质量检测结果表明,羊绒高支顺毛大衣呢的各项物理指标、色牢度均满足了相关的要求和标准,且该面料轻薄、保暖性能好,可用于春、秋、冬季服装制作面料。Based on the design and production process of cashmere high count shunmao coat,50%cashmere and mulberry silk are selected as the main raw materials of the product,which are dyed first and then blended.The yarn density is 13.3 tex and the weight is 300g/m.The test results of the finished product quality showed that the physical indexes and color fastness of Cashmere High Count Shunmao coat met the relevant requirements and standards,and the fabric was light,thin and good in keeping warm,and could be used in the production of clothing fabrics in spring,Autumn and winter.
