摘　　要：信息通讯技术和数字媒体技术的发展,催生了数字劳动这一备受理论界关注的劳动新模式。基于马克思主义框架,以劳动为线索勾连资本主义样态,可以发现数字劳动是数字资本主义时代的重要表征。作为借助数字终端设备产生数字商品的劳动过程,数字劳动不同于数字活动之处在于其资本从属地位,可以从劳动的雇佣制度与主动参与性双重维度界分具体形态。在数字劳动的结构分析与动态理解方面,数字劳动的主要特征与基本维度体现在劳动的要素环节、异化现象与解放新可能之中。辩证审视数字劳动这一全新的劳动形态,应从加强平台监管、重视人才培育与保护数字劳动者权益三方面出发,推动我国数字产业健康发展。The development of ICT(information and communication technology)and digital media technology has spawned a new labor model that has attracted much attention.Based on the Marxist framework,using labor as a clue to outline the capitalist pattern,it can be found that digital labor is an important representation of the era of digital capitalism.As a labor process of producing digital goods with the help of digital terminal equipment,the difference between digital labor and digital activities lies in its capital subordinate position,which can be divided from the dual dimensions of labor employment system and active participation.In terms of structural analysis and dynamic understanding of digital labor,the main characteristics and basic dimensions of digital labor are embodied in the elements of labor,alienation and the new possibility of liberation.Dialectical examination of digital labor,a new form of labor,can inspire us from three aspects:strengthening platform supervision,paying attention to talent cultivation and protecting the rights and interests of digital workers,so as to promote the healthy development of Chinese digital industry.
