摘 要:利用低品位重晶石作为填料,不饱和聚酯树脂作为基体黏合剂,在常温浇铸真空反应条件下制作人造板材。以板材硬度为基准,进行正交试验,当重晶石占比为75%,促进剂与固化剂体积比为0.26∶0.77,真空反应时间为50 min,大粒径与小粒径比约为1∶5时,制备重晶石板材的硬度最优,为86.5 HD。重晶石板材扫描电子显微镜分析表明,其表面光滑平整,重晶石颗粒与不饱和聚酯树脂反应融合完全。重晶石板材耐污染性试验和耐化学品试验表现良好,板材吸水率优于GB/T 17657-2013,经过压力测试,板材抗压强度最高达90 MPa。重晶石板材X射线防护屏蔽性能检测表明,厚度为10 mm板材的铅当量值为0.36 mmPb,表明该板材有良好的抗辐射性。Using low-grade barite as filler and unsaturated polyester resin as matrix binder,artificial board is made under normal temperature casting vacuum reaction conditions.Based on the hardness of the plate,an orthogonal test is carried out.When the proportion of barite is 75%,the volume ratio of accelerator to curing agent is 0.26∶0.77,the vacuum reaction time is 50 min,and the mass ratio of large particle size to small particle size is about 1∶5,the hardness of the barite plate is the optimal,which can reach 86.5 HD.The SEM analysis of the barite plate shows that its surface is smooth and flat,and the reaction and fusion of barite particles and unsaturated polyester resin are complete.The barite board has performed well in the pollution resistance test and chemical resistance test.The water absorption rate of the board is better than GB/T 17657-2013.After the pressure test,the compressive performance of the board can reach 90 MPa.The X-ray protection and shielding performance test of the barite plate shows that the lead equivalent value of the plate with a thickness of 10 mm is 0.36 mmPb,which indicates that the plate has good radiation resistance.
