摘 要:以凹土(APT)为载体,将抗菌肽和连翘苷负载于凹土表面,采用湿法分散和冷冻干燥法制备新型绿色抗菌材料(KFSE-APT),替代抗生素在饲料中使用。系统表征和研究了KFSE-APT复合材料的微观结构、抗菌活性和吸附性能。扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)分析结果表明,连翘苷与抗菌肽结合并吸附于凹土表面,三者结合紧密。抗菌性能试验结果表明,KFSE-APT较APT具有更高的抗菌活性,在添加量为5 mg/mL时对大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌均有抑制作用。此外,KFSE-APT复合材料对黄曲霉素B1具有一定吸附效果,吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型。A new type of green antibacterial material(KFSE-APT)was fabricated by incorporation of antibacterial peptides and forsythin onto attapulgite(APT)by wet dispersion and freeze-drying methods.The microstructure,antibacterial activity,and absorptive energy of KFSE-APT composites were systematically characterized and studied.SEM,XRD and FTIR analysis showed that forsythin bonded with antimicrobial peptide,adsorbed on the surface of attapulgite,and they were closely bound together.The antibacterial performance test showed that KFSE-APT had higher antibacterial activity compared with APT,and had an inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus at the dosage of 5 mg/mL.In addition,the KFSE-APT composite has a certain adsorption effect of aflatoxin B1,and the adsorption process conforms to the quasi-second-order kinetic model.
