摘 要:以赤泥替代水泥、钢渣替代机制砂,制备钢渣细集料赤泥基混凝土,研究了赤泥、钢渣对混凝土抗渗性能的影响规律及钢渣细集料赤泥基混凝土的抗渗特性。结果表明,赤泥的吸水性和持水性及钢渣的潜在胶凝性和膨胀性均有利于改善混凝土抗渗性能,但两者用量不宜过多,赤泥掺量为40%,钢渣掺量为50%时,钢渣细集料赤泥基混凝土的抗渗能力最强,水压力抗渗值为1.8 MPa,显著优于普通混凝土,具有较好的防水抗渗工程应用前景。In this paper,we use red mud instead of cement and steel slag instead of machine-made sand to prepare steel slag fine aggregate red mud-based concrete,and study the influence law of red mud and steel slag on the impermeability of concrete and the impermeability of steel slag fine aggregate red mud-based concrete.The test results show that the water absorption and water holding capacity of red mud,and the potential gelling and swelling properties of steel slag are beneficial to improve the impermeability of concrete,but the amount of red mud and steel slag should not be too much.The impermeability of concrete is the strongest when the red mud content is 40%and the steel slag replacement rate is 50%,and the water pressure is as high as 1.8 MPa,which is significantly better than ordinary concrete,and has a good application prospect in waterproof and anti-seepage engineering.
